A rosé (made using the saignée method) from the purest tradition of the great rosé wines of the southern Rhone valley.

• Colour : lustrous, salmon pink
• Nose : aromas of pear and gooseberry, light floral notes
• Palate : round and supple, a full mouth which reminds us of the proximity of Tavel, well structured
• Accompaniment : aperitif, fish, grilled meats, spicy dishes, oriental food
• Grape varieties : 50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Counoise
• Alcohol : 13.5%
• pH : 3.46
• Total acidity : 3.42
• Residual sugar : 1.4
• Soil : sandy clay
• Harvest : September 26, grapes picked and sorted completely by hand; 100% destemming
• Yield : 40 hl/ha
• Vinification method : saignée method, fermented at low temperature (less than 15°C (59°F)
• Ageing : 6 months in stainless steel vat
