CHATEAU SIGNAC

The slopes and terraces of the Château Signac vineyards lay at the foot of the Dent de Signac, on gravel soils. A mixture of clay and sand, the 95 acres of the vineyards are planted with the grape varieties which are the hallmark of the Rhône valley:

• Grenache : 36 %
• Syrah : 28 %
• Carignan : 19 %
• Cinsault : 9 %
• Counoise : 5 %
• Mourvèdre : 3 %
