SURFACE AREA AND VARIETALS
The slopes and terraces of the Château Signac vineyards lay at the foot of the “Dent de Signac”, on gravel soils. A mixture of clay and sand the 38 hectares of vineyards are planted with the grape varieties which are the hallmark of the Rhône Valley.
Facing the rising sun, the rows of vine enjoy the best of the day light. Some plants were replanted in the 1990’s while some others are marked by the passing of more than 50 years. The average age of the vines is over 30 year old.
