TERROIR AND KNOW-HOW
The Château Signac estate is located on gravelly slopes and terraces. Its soil is essentially clay and sand.
The mastery of this exceptional terroir begins in the vine: from pruning to the harvest, all is handmade. Château Signac respects in all points the principles of the reasoned culture. A
methodical work of the soil preserves the natural equilibriums.
Each plot is harvested individually with optimal maturity. The handmade harvest made into the whole vineyard allows a first selection in the vines in the objective of having only the grapes corresponding to the critters
of quality of the domain. The harvest and the vinification by small plots allow a work of precision to obtain an optimal quality. The wines benefit a long maceration, preserving their aromatically richness during numbers of years. All the steps of the elaboration, until bottling are made on the property.
