At Château Signac, you will find a terroir of exception, professionalism and passion in the vines followed by rigor and talent in the cellar.
In the cellar, a temperature controller system allows strict control over the fermentations according to each tank’s potential. The alcoholic fermentations are made with native yeast to preserve the typical character of the wines of Château Signac.
The cuvaison lasts between 8 to 12 days for the grapes issued from young vines and between 21 to 28 days for the grapes issued from the older vines. Then will come the blending that Jean-Marc Amez-Droz will delicately perform according to the vintage characteristics.
An invitation, or a reminder, to visit the surroundings on foot, the label of Château Signac carries the outline of the Dent de Signac, true symbol of the estate.
